Secure, Convenient Mobile Banking

Mobile Banking allows the following types of services from virtually any phone with text capabilities:

  • View account balances
  • View transaction history
  • Receive "alerts" on banking transactions

Web-enabled phones using its web browser, and Smartphones using the Mobile App, can also:

  • Transfer funds between accounts2
  • Make loan payments or advances
  • Pay established billers, plus view and modify pending payments
  • Find the nearest branch or ATM

Mobile Banking provides access to the same accounts that are viewable through Online Banking - including checking and savings accounts, even CDs and loans.

Downloading and Installing the Mobile App

Follow the steps below to download and install First American Bank's Mobile App on your iPhone or Android device. Please note you must be enrolled in Online Banking to utilize the Mobile App.

 

STEP 1: iPhone
On your iPhone, go to app.bankfirstamerican.com

STEP 2: Install the Application

STEP 3: Once downloaded, tap the icon to login

STEP 4: Enter your Online Banking Access ID, then Submit

STEP 5: Correctly answer the Challenge Question from your Online Banking setup

STEP 6: Enter your Online Banking password, then Login
