Our standards and procedures for physical, electronic and procedural safeguards comply with federal standards. They are continually reviewed, and employees are trained to understand and comply with these procedures.

First American Bank focuses on the unique needs of our customers. For this reason, we only collect and share information within our company that will provide an opportunity for you to obtain a superior product or service.

• Our customer requests it and provides a signed authorization
• The information is required by law (subpoena, request by regulator, etc.)

Each of our employees is bound by the Employee Code of Ethics, which states the importance of confidentiality. Violation of these ethics will result in disciplinary action. Our information security program also limits the access of employees to obtain only that information necessary to perform their job duties.
