You choose. Set up automatic payment dates for each of your bills and they’ll be paid electronically on the day you designate. Or choose to electronically pay each bill yourself with just a couple of mouse clicks. You’re in total control.

Vendor Search. Add new vendors simply by typing in the company name. If a match is found in the database, the vendor's information will be added automatically. No more hunting down mailing addresses! Simply enter your account number for that vendor and add the amount to be paid. Or if you’d rather, just enter the address from your last statement.
Reminders. Never make a late payment again! When you set up reminders, you'll receive a message telling you when your payment is due.
Pay from multiple checking accounts. Choose which checking account to pay your bills from.
Make recurring payments. Eliminate the hassle of paying monthly bills by setting up recurring payments. This is a great option for payments that don't change from month to month — such as your car payment or mortgage.

Now you can pay your business bills with point-and-click convenience! Small Business Bill Pay, a free service of First American Bank, lets you quickly and conveniently pay anyone online that you pay today by check. Reclaim those hours spent writing checks, stuffing and addressing envelopes, licking stamps or standing over a postage meter.

Administrate three levels of authorized users with dual control features. You can delegate paying bills to an employee if you choose.
Electronically link invoices and credit memo information with your payments.
Export your payment information to business financial software.

As a First American Bank business customer, you can also receive bills electronically from a growing list of billers. The bill summary and/or full detail are accessible right on your screen. After viewing, just click your mouse to authorize payment, and then store your bill for future reference.
