and confidential. In order to preserve that confidence, First American

that much of the information shared with us is sensitive in nature.
Our responsibility to protect that information is addressed in our
security program, ranking as high in importance as criminal security.
Our standards and procedures for physical, electronic and procedural
safeguards comply with federal standards. They are continually reviewed,
and employees are trained to understand and comply with these procedures.

we only collect and share information within our company that will
provide an opportunity for you to obtain a superior product or service.

information may include:

We do not disclose
any non-public personal information about you to anyone, except
as permitted by law. If you decide to close your account(s) or become
an inactive customer, we will adhere to the privacy policies and
practices as described in this notice. It is our strict policy not
to share information with non-affiliated third parties unless one
of the following conditions are met:
- The information
is provided to help complete a customer-initiated transaction
- Our customer
requests it and provides a signed authorization
- The information
is required by law (subpoena, request by regulator, etc...)
Each of our
employees is bound by the Employee Code of Ethics, which states
the importance of confidentiality. Violation of these ethics will
result in disciplinary action. Our security program also limits
the access of employees to obtain only that information necessary
to perform their job duties.
We promise
to keep accurate, updated records
We strive to
make it convenient for our customers to access account information
from several locations. More importantly, we've simplified the process
with which records are maintained. Simply notify us at any location
if you need to make a change in any of your information.

banker. We will be happy to speak with you to ensure your confidence.
Copies of our privacy commitment are available at all our banks.
We will also send you one each year to remind you that you have
